Who sells the templates
Olvatra is run by the owner of Olvatra, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic (full details on the Imprint page). Checkout is run by Link, the checkout service from Stripe, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record): it takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country and sends your receipt. Your card statement shows LINK.COM followed by our name.
What you can do with a template
When you buy a template you get a licence to:
- use it for yourself and inside your own business, as many times as you like;
- use it to do work for your clients, and share the results (reports, numbers, screenshots) with them;
- change it in any way for your own use.
You may not:
- resell, give away or publish the template file, changed or unchanged;
- include it in a template, course, bundle or product that you sell or give away;
- share one licence across a company. Teams of more than 5 people using the same file need one licence per 5 people.
Delivery and updates
After payment you go straight to a download page; its link works for 30 days. If you lose it, or the link has expired, email us with your receipt and we send the file. If we release an improved version of a template you bought, you get it free: just ask.
Responsibility for results
Every formula is tested before release. Even so, the templates are tools: the numbers they show depend on what you enter. Check anything you rely on for tax, invoicing or legal purposes. Our liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow a limit.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. Withdrawal and refunds are covered on the Refunds page. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law of your country of residence.
