Refunds

If a template isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of buying and you get your money back. No forms, no need to explain.

How to ask

Write to lukaeluny@seznam.cz from the address you bought with, or include your receipt. If something in the file doesn't work, tell us what; we fix it for everyone, and you can have the fixed file instead of a refund if you prefer.

Where refunds come from

Your payment was taken by Link, the checkout service from Stripe, so the refund goes back the same way, to the same card or account, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Link's own support can also help with payment questions: support.link.com.

Your rights under EU law

EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital files it can end once the download starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. Our 30-day refund promise above applies either way and does not limit any right you have under consumer law.
