Olvatra is a one-person shop run by a software developer in Brno, Czech Republic. I build the spreadsheets I wish existed when I was tracking client work and campaign numbers myself.

How the templates are made

Each template starts with a real job: planning posts, chasing invoices, judging a creator campaign. The formulas are written so you can read them, and every file is recalculated and checked for errors before release. Example rows show you the format, and a "Start here" tab explains the file in one page.

I use AI tools to help draft guides, product text and example data. Every formula is tested and every page is checked before it goes live.

Something broken or missing?

Email lukaeluny@seznam.cz. If a formula is wrong, you get a fixed file. If a template is missing something you need, tell me: that's how the next version gets planned.
